Privacy policy

VoiceOS is a brand of oFair. This explains what information the service collects, why, who sees it and how long it is kept. It concerns two groups of people: the business owners who are our customers, and their customers — the people who call.
1. What is collected
- From the business: business name, address, opening hours, contact details, whatever business information you give us so the agent can work, and billing details.
- From the person calling your business: the number they called from, the call recording, the transcript, and anything they say during the call — a name, a delivery address, what they ordered.
- From this website: basic technical usage data needed to run and secure it.
2. Why it is collected
To answer the call and give service on it, to pass enquiries and orders to the business, to let the business hear and check what was said, to bill for usage, and to improve service quality. We do not sell data and we do not pass it to advertisers.
3. Who processes it
Running the service involves suppliers, each seeing only what their job requires:
- Telephone carriers, to carry the call itself.
- AI model providers, for speech understanding, conversation and transcription.
- Cloud and storage providers, to hold recordings and data.
A current list of suppliers is available to a customer on request.
4. Our role and the business's role
For calls made to a business's line, the business owns the information and we process it on their behalf. If you called a business and want your recording, the request goes to that business; we help them provide it.
5. How long it is kept
Recordings and transcripts are kept while the subscription is active, and for any retention period the law requires of the business. After the agreement ends, and once the business has retrieved its data, information is deleted within a reasonable period, except what the law requires be kept.
6. Security
Data is held on secured servers, access is limited by permission, and each business can see only its own data. No system is completely safe, and we work continuously to reduce risk.
7. Your rights
You may ask whether information is held about you, see it, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to a copy of your data or to object to certain processing. Write to info@voiceos.co.il.

This site uses only the cookies needed to make it work. There are no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking.
